I had a mixed experience at Royal Hayat Hotel Old Town. The location is fantastic, as it's right in the heart of the old town, which made exploring so easy. However, I encountered several issues, including inconsistent cleanliness and a disappointing breakfast selection that drove me to eat out most mornings.
